GIVI uses the higher standards of integrated EDI for data interchange which guarantee a more efficient service that fully satisfies the standards of the mass organized distribution, the mass specialized distribution, big chains, and E-Commerce.
In order to optimize even more the fulfillment time of customers’ orders, GIVI integrated its own computer systems with the employed Carrier’s, who, through EDI, receives the delivery documents and can print them directly at the destination subsidiary.
CUSTOMER RESERVED AREA
GIVI provides every Point of Sale with a Reserved Area, available on the website, in which the personnel of the accredited POS can manage and control their ongoing DOA / DAP requests, the still existing back order aand download the delivery notes.
D.O.A. (Dead On Arrival)
GIVI works as a collection centre for DOA / DAP products and ships them to the vendor’s CAT, in accordance with the dedicated procedures.
GIVI’S SALES MANAGEMENT
GIVI developed a dedicated app for the sales management, available for GIVI’s sales web, thanks to which all the vendors will be able to:
- Consult stock and E.T.A. real time
- Consult and print price lists and data sheets of all products
- Enter customers’ orders
- Monitor customers’ always up-to-date account statements
- Analyze customers’ purchase data
